A film about homelessness in San Diego

presented by La Mesa Conversations & the La Mesa First United Methodist Church Community Outreach Ministry


Please join us for dinner and conversation following a special presentation of this new film about homelessness in our community.  

Special guests include the film's director, Dennis Stein, and star subject, Tony Rodriguez. Other guests will complement our panel discussion.

presented by La Mesa Conversations & Circulate San Diego
was held on April 12, 2017 at La Mesa Wine Works

This forum explored how technology, culture, and human behavior

will change the way we travel from place to place in the San Diego region, and beyond.  

Panelists were:
Katie Crist (University of California San Diego), spoke on bicycles as part of the matrix of transportation options
Angus Clark (HULA Car), spoke on trends in car share, ride share, and ride hailing 
Ray Traynor (SANDAG), spoke on the implications of autonomous and connected vehicles
Dana Hook (CDM Smith), spoke on the future of transportation planning and infrastructure
Kathleen Ferrier, Circulate San Diego’s Director of Advocacy, served as the moderator
